Leslie Belasco was born Leslie Rence Vore on October 16th, 1967 in Centralia, Illinois to Thomas and Mary Lou Vore. Growing up she was a kind and intelligent young woman who enjoyed cheerleading, horseback riding, and spending time with friends and family. Upon finishing her education, she followed her love of travel first to California then Arizona where she met the love of her life. During her life she enjoyed traveling, meeting new people, and serving in churches and ministries around the United States, and eventually around the world. The most important decision she ever made is following Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She is remembered as a loving wife and mother, a compassionate mentor, an impeccable hostess, an incredible leader and organizer, and a devoted servant of the Lord. She was also well known for her love of her pets and the color purple. Leslie Belasco, beloved wife, mother, sister, friend, and missionary passed away on March 9th, 2025, in Valencia, Spain with her family by her side. Being now present with the Lord, she is reunited with her parents, Thomas Vore and Mary Lou Coutts, her step-father Bill Coutts, and her mother-in-law, Velma Belasco, who have gone before her. She is survived by her husband, Arnold Belasco III, her children, Arnold Belasco IV and Alexandra Schlosser and their spouses, two granddaughters. Also mourning her loss are her 3 sisters, brother, many nieces and nephews, and countless friends that she's ministered to over the years.

Having Leslie in Spain was a blessing. She dedicated her all to her Lord: talents, energy, wisdom, love hasta la muerte. Her children can rise up and call her Blessed because of this. We pray and trust that all touched by the Lord calling her to His presence experience his promised abundant grace. May the church in Torrent see souls saved and lives changed for eternity for years to come due to Leslie's ministry serving the Lord there. Becator He Lives... My family met Leslie in Spain. She was our mother and our unconditional support. She was available for us by simply dialing her number. She was the one who walked me down the aisle on my wedding day. I was very happy because she took care of every detail of my wedding. She also made sure to make gluten free food for me to eat at the events and places we attended. Leslie hosted me in her home while I was completing my master's degree and waiting for my wedding date. My son sees her and will continue to see her as his Grammy. She was the first person to carry him and go with her suitcase of food and purse to see me and take care of me. My little family today feels incomplete, but if I can say one thing, it's that Leslie loved me with all the strength of her heart and according to the heart of Jesus. Kisses to heaven, Mom. We love you. Kevin, Emma, and Noah

Leslie was the smartest, funniest, and most joyful person I've ever met. I met her in travel school and moved to CA with her for a job. We had so much fun, and we were always laughing! I loved her with all my heart. My deepest sympathies to Scooter, and her beautiful family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
